Michael Sean offers a variety of highly customizable options unparalleled in the furniture industry today. Our mission is to provide you with choice: design, size, color, material, and delivery method.

A piece of furniture can easily be ordered by using one of the following methods:

SELECT
Simply select a product from one of our lines and order “as is”.

CUSTOMIZE
Customize any of our designs to meet your specific needs and tastes. We can provide such flexibility because each piece is individually handcrafted. As such, changes in materials/finishes/colors and furniture measurements can be easily implemented. Our staff is trained to help you in the selection process and work with you throughout the entire project.

CREATE
Create your very own piece of furniture from scratch. It’s possible to fabricate exactly what you’ve been searching for. This all begins with a preliminary design consultation to discuss the project. Then, computerized-images are generated and displayed in a private location on our website for review. Once the designs and details of the piece have been approved, the project then goes into production.

COMMISSION
Commission your next masterpiece! Michael Sean is available for on-site residential and corporate design consultations. On request, the artist can also sign and number a piece of furniture so that it may be recognized as a unique piece of Art.

Once the piece of furniture is approved, it usually takes about 3 to 5 weeks to fabricate it.

Pricing and Ordering
Custom pricing is based individually; depending on the choice of materials, finishes, and design details for any given project. Once the design and pricing have been established, an invoice will be sent to you for your approval. Upon receiving an initial deposit (which is agreed upon beforehand) we will send you a receipt of your payment, an estimated date of completion and begin the project. The remainder of the balance will be due upon delivery. Delivery charges, which will be discussed at the time of initial design and pricing, depend on distances and shipping choices. A typical “white glove” delivery service in the greater San Francisco Bay area is approximately $80 to $100.

Warranty
All work is warranted against defects in workmanship. If you are unhappy with the workmanship or discover a problem caused by the assembly of the piece, we will gladly repair or replace it as necessary. This does not include any defects which are the result of natural characteristics of the materials such as the changes of color or texture due to oxidation or aging, ultraviolet light, or exposure to moisture or any material changes due to inappropriate environmental exposure or lack of care.
